CSI Management Information

TIM J. PLSEK, President, has 23 years of experience in the casework industry. He has held his current position since CSI’s incorporation in 1993. Prior experience included all financial aspects of the casework industry, as well as the manufacturing, sales and estimating.

Mr. Plsek has hands-on management experience in the industry, and understands the unique demands required to service the institutional casework market of Texas.

ALAN R. WILLIAMS, Vice President, has 39 years of experience in the casework industry. He has held his current position since CSI’s incorporation in 1993. Prior experience included head of operations and engineering for two other Texas companies.

Mr. Williams knowledge includes engineering, design, installation, and project management. He fully understands the demands of the industry and the critical factor of on-time completion of all projects.

RAMONA LEE, Controller, has 18 years of experience in the casework industry. She has held this position with CSI since its incorporation in 1993. She is responsible for the financial operation of the company, as well as overseeing all contract administration.

Ms. Lee’s knowledge of the casework industry has allowed her to expand into all administrative areas of the company. She has experience in estimating, scheduling and contract administration.

OSCAR KRAL, Chief Estimator, has over 42 years experience in the casework industry. He has held his position with CSI since 1995. He has extensive knowledge of the product design from an architectural standpoint.

Mr. Kral has an excellent rapport with the architects, owners and contractors in this industry. His experience allows him to offer assistance in many value-engineering aspects of the projects.

HOMERO GONZALEZ, Project Manager, has 27 years experience in the casework industry. He has held his position with CSI since 1993. He is responsible for project management, scheduling deliveries and overseeing installation.

Mr. Gonzalez has gained experience over the years in various areas of the casework industry, including manufacturing, estimating, drafting, and project management.
