About Casework Services (C.S.I.)

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF OPERATIONS

CASEWORK SERVICES INCORPORATED, (CSI), a Texas Corporation, located at 3401 Lucius McCelvey, Temple, Texas, manufactures laminated casework products for the educational and health care markets located throughout Texas. The company was incorporated in the State of Texas on March 25, 1993. Actual operations began on April 1, 1993.

Scope of work includes assembly, shipping and installation of the product for each project contracted. The manufacturing facility occupies approximately 41,800 total square feet. CSI operates in conjunction with PSI as its cabinet parts supplier, thus allowing us to manufacture and deliver product in a minimal time frame.

In addition to manufacturing, CSI also offers assistance to the institutions in engineering, design and installation of phases of various contracts.

MARKETING

CSI customer contract sources include referrals furnished by Architects as well as industry sources such as A.G.C. and by direct purchase order from General Contractors. CSI does not currently employ outside sales representatives since our most effective promotion of our product is by “word-of-mouth”.

One of our greatest assets is our personnel. Our personnel have a combined experience in the casework industry of over 320 years.

Contract procurement results from either submitting competitive bids to General Contractors for inclusion in their total project bid to the owner, or submitting bids directly to the Construction Manager or the Owner. CSI has targeted schools as its primary market in the educational segment of institutional construction.
